I’ve even said this one a time or two, “I just don’t have the motivation because of my busy schedule, and I have no time to plan ahead or concentrate on my health.”
Don’t fret; we’ve all been there. Committed to getting healthy and have fallen off the wagon so many times because of so many things that we eventually stayed off the wagon.

It’s my mission to serve you by using a 7-step Breakthrough Sustainable health proprietary system, which helps make sure that change in behavior, is lasting and sustainable. I help clients focus and thrive by applying their strengths and helping them easily adapt to setbacks; and I also help clients design visions and goals that not only spur progress in health beyond what they can do alone but help them do it with nutrition as a foundation.
Here’s a little bit about me:
After a successful 13-year military career, I couldn’t decide on what I wanted to do. With the help of mentors, friends and family (and lots of assessment tests), I decided to take the path less traveled, reinvent myself as an entrepreneur and return to my first love: health and fitness.
In my research, I’ve found that the top issue hindering success with health goals is habit/behavior. When it comes to health, its important to know what those habits are so that you can succeed moving forward. My coaching practice helps in the discovery of why those habits are there and the systematic removal of them.
With a certificate in Plant-Based nutrition and Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, I’ve been able to hone my craft over the years and have had the honor of working 1-on-1 with individuals and groups and helped them achieve their goals. I use an evidence-based, psychological style of coaching that is used in clinical, corporate and military arenas.
